EXCEPTIONAL PROVISIONS
(1) Regarding the foreigners who certify their visa, visa exemption, work permit or residence permit violation due to any force majeure occurring during the visa, visa exemption, work permit or residence permit period, ” coded data entry will not be made and fees and related fines arising from the violation will not be accrued. If the doctor’s reports, which indicate that they cannot travel due to force majeure, are approved by a specialist and chief physician, it will be considered sufficient to be obtained from a private hospital or a public hospital.
(2) Entry bans with the “C” restriction code specified in the first paragraph of Article 6, within the framework of the instructions of the General Directorate, may not be applied to foreigners who violate visa, visa exemption, work permit or residence permit due to force majeure occurring throughout the country and/or the world. and the fees and related fines arising from the violation may not be accrued.
