ARTICLE 9 F) REJECTION OF WORK PERMIT APPLICATION

f) By the Ministry of Interior, which is within the scope of Articles 7, 15 and 54 of Law No. 6458 pertaining to reported foreigners,

FOREIGN AND INTERNATIONAL NO. 6458 

Foreigners who will not be granted a visa

Permission to enter Turkey foreigners that will not be granted

ARTICLE 7 –  (1) The following foreigners are allowed to enter Turkey. rejected by disallowed:

a) Passport, passport substitute document , those who do not have a visa or residence or work permit, and those who have obtained these documents or permits fraudulently or are found to be fake

b) Visa, visa exemption or residence Those who do not have a passport or passport substitute document valid for at least sixty days after the expiry of the permit

c) The second paragraph of Article 15 is reserved Even if they are within the scope of visa exemption, foreigners listed in the first paragraph of Article 15

(2) Transactions are notified to the rejected foreigners. The notification also includes how foreigners can effectively use their right to object to the decision and other legal rights and obligations in this process.

 

ARTICLE 15 –  (1) Visas are not granted to the following foreigners:< /span>

a) A minimum of the visa period they request Those who do not have a passport or passport substitute document with a validity of more than sixty days

b) Those who are banned from entering Turkey

c) For public order or public safety objectionable

ç) Diseases considered as a threat to public health those who carry one

d) To which the Republic of Turkey is a party those who are accused or convicted of the crime or crimes that are the basis of extradition, in accordance with the agreements

e) Valid health insurance covering the period of stay not found

f) Introduction to Turkey, Turkey Those who cannot justify their purpose of transit or stay in Turkey

g) During its stay, adequate and regular those who do not have financial means

ğ) Visa violation or previous residence permit those who do not accept to pay the receivables that are due to be followed up and collected in accordance with the Law on the Collection of Public Receivables No. 6183 dated  21/7/1953  or those who do not accept to pay the debts and penalties followed up in accordance with the Turkish Penal Code dated 26/9/2004 and numbered 5237. those who do not accept

(2) Although within the scope of this article Those who are deemed beneficial in issuing a visa may be granted a visa with the approval of the Minister.

 

Exclusion decision will be made

ARTICLE 54 –  (1) Deportation of foreigners listed below decision is taken:

a) < /strong>Those who are considered to be deported under Article 59 of Law No. 5237

b) Terrorist organization director, member, those who are sponsors or managers, members or supporters of a criminal organization for profit

c) Entry to Turkey, visa and those who use false information and fake documents in transactions for residence permits

ç) During his stay in Turkey those who earn their living illegally

d) Either public order or public safety those that pose a threat to public health

e) The visa or visa exemption period is ten Those who exceed more than one day or whose visa has been revoked

f) Residence permits revoked

g) Once a residence permit is found, it expires those who violate the residence permit period for more than ten days without any acceptable justification as of its expiration

ğ) Those found to be working without a work permit

h) Legal entry to Turkey or Those who violate the provisions of legal exit from Turkey

ı) Entry ban to Turkey those who were found to have come to Turkey, despite being found

i) International those who are excluded from protection, whose application is considered inadmissible, whose application is withdrawn, whose international protection status is deemed to have been withdrawn, whose international protection status has expired or has been cancelled, who do not have the right to stay in Turkey according to the other provisions of this Law after the final decision.

j) For those whose residence permit extension applications are rejected, Those who do not leave Turkey within ten days

(2) Applicant or international protection A deportation decision can be made only when there are serious indications that they pose a danger to the national security or if they are convicted of a crime that poses a threat to public order.< /span>
