RESIDENTIAL SALES IN ANTALYA INCREASED 52%

In Turkey’s tourism city Antalya, house sales to foreigners in March increased by 52 percent compared to March of the previous year and amounted to 889. 

Western Mediterranean Economy Development Foundation (BAGEV) and Antalya Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ATSO) Chairman of the Board Davut Çetin, stated in his statement that Antalya continues to stand out especially throughout the country in terms of housing sales to foreigners. Stating that one of the 5 residences sold to foreigners in Turkey is in Antalya, Çetin said:

“The sales of residences to foreigners in Turkey in March increased by 40 percent compared to the previous year and reached 4 thousand 248. 889 of these took place in Antalya. Housing sales to foreigners in Antalya increased by 52 percent. The attractiveness of our city, which ranks second after Istanbul in housing sales to foreigners, attracted foreigners who want to invest in housing and live in Antalya during the epidemic process.”
