The information contained in this website; During your stay in Turkey, it must be filled in in order to provide you with healthy information about the Covid-19 pandemic and to protect the health of you and your loved ones. With the information filled in, a personal HES Code will be automatically created for you, and thanks to the created HES Code, we will be able to reach you if you or the people you come in contact with during your trip or stay are Covid-19 patients or contacts. For this reason, the accuracy and up-to-dateness of the information is very important.

 

Whether you fill out this form can be checked at the Turkish border, and you may face judicial and administrative sanctions if you do not fill out the form or make a misleading statement. You may also not be allowed to enter Turkey (if you are not a Turkish national or do not have a residence permit in Turkey)

Your personal data is obtained by fully automatic means (through this website), and the legal basis for the processing of your personal data is the second paragraph of article 5 of the KVK Law, the third paragraph of article 6 Exceptions pursuant to subparagraphs (c), (ç) and (d) of the first paragraph of the first paragraph of the article 28.

Rights of Related Persons
