The work of foreign nationals working in Turkey According to the International Labor Law No. 6735, is subject to permission.
There will be administrative fines to be applied to both the employer and the employee if you employ a foreign national in your workplace or home without a work permit.
Note: In accordance with the seventh clause of the 17th article of the Misdemeanor Law No. 5326; Administrative fines are increased at the rate of revaluation determined and announced in accordance with the provisions of the repeated article 298 of the Tax Procedure Law No. 213, effective from the beginning of each calendar year. In this way, a fraction of a Turkish Lira is not taken into account in the calculation of the administrative fine.
