Entry Prohibition is Not Applied to Foreigners Who Have Violated the Legal Right to Stay Up to 3 Months.
Understand the current regulations regarding entry bans for foreigners who have exceeded their legal stay in Turkey by less than three months according to Law 6458.
Foreigners and International Protection Law No. 6458, dated 4/4/2013, to foreigners who violate the legal right to stay that is, visa, visa exemption, residence permit, work permit or work permit exemption in our country. >Entry bans applied within the scope of article 9 titled “Entry ban to Turkey”
1. Despite violating the legal right to stay, foreigners leaving the country under the following conditions no entry ban decision is taken.< /strong>
a. Up to 3 months (not including 3 months) violating the legal right to stay administrative fines foreigners
arising from the Fees Law
