27 districts of İzmir closed to foreigners’ residence
Out of 27 neighborhoods in İzmir that are closed to foreigners, 6 are located in Konak.
Taking into account the density of foreigners living in various regions in Turkey, the number of neighborhoods closed to foreigners was increased from 781 to 1169.

According to the information received, 54 in Istanbul, 27 in Izmir, 24 in Ankara, 75 in Adana, 162 in Gaziantep, 109 in Hatay, 170, in Şanlıurfa, 83 in Kilis, 59 in Mardin, Mersin 63 neighborhoods in Turkey were closed for foreigners to change their province of residence. The places in İzmir were Işıklar, Zafer and Serintepe neighborhoods in Bornova, and Süvari, Yeşildere, Kocakapı, Akarcalı, Murat and Kadifekale neighborhoods in Konak. In the Aegean, 20 neighborhoods from Afyonkarahisar, 6 from Uşak, 2 neighborhoods from Muğla and Kütahya, and 1 neighborhood from Denizli and Manisa were closed to foreigners. It has been learned that Fethiye Ölüdeniz is one of the neighborhoods closed to foreigners in Muğla.
