ANNOUNCED BY THE MIGRATION ADMINISTRATION
The entry ban due to the violation of the legal right of stay of foreigners, who could not leave our country due to the Kovid-19 epidemic, between the dates of force majeure (including the dates when the transportation was stopped, to return to its normal course). will not be applied.
In this context, foreigners are required to leave Turkey within 1 (one) month from the date when transportation becomes possible for each country. If the specified time is exceeded, an entry ban and an administrative fine arising from the Fees Law No. 492 will be applied.
FOR FLIGHTS TO UZBEKISTAN ON SEPTEMBER 4, 2020; 30 DAYS MORE TIME ALSO 04 OCTOBER 2020 IT WAS EXPIRED ON DATE.
For foreigners within this scope, the entry ban times corresponding to the violation periods are as follows:
- 3 months to 6 months violation : 1 month entry ban
- Violation between 6 months and 1 year : 3-month entry ban
- 1 year – 2 years violation : 1 year entry ban
- 2 years – 3 years violation : 2 year entry ban
- Over 3 years of violation : Entry ban for 5 years
