English transcript

Turkish citizenship by investment. Here's how one family did it.

Invest four hundred thousand dollars in property, hold it three years, and your family can apply too.

Step one: a consultation. We talk through your goals and budget, and you get a clear document checklist.

Next stop: Istanbul, for property viewings.

Step two: you choose your property, while we check the title deed, any debts, and its market value.

Step three: sign the agreement, pay through a Turkish bank, and receive your title deed, the TAPU.

Step four: the Land Registry issues your conformity certificate.

Step five: your family joins you, and everyone applies for a residence permit.

Step six: your translated, notarized file is submitted, and you receive a tracking number.

Step seven: the government runs its checks. No action needed from you. Just enjoy the view.

Step eight: your citizenship is approved, and each of you receives a Turkish passport, valid for ten years.

About twenty-four weeks from first call to passport, with lawyer and agent fees on us.
