• Group A License: A document confirming that the Turkish agency holds a "Group A" Travel Agency license.
• Activity Certificate: A current certificate of activity for the Turkish agency.
• Legal Records: The Trade Registry Gazette and the signature circular of the Turkish agency.

Professional Qualifications and Employment Proof

You must prove your professional status as a tour operator. The following documents are required to verify your expertise:

• Employment Verification: An official document stating that you are currently an employee of a tour operator.
• Educational Background: A copy of your Diploma or Bachelor’s degree related to tourism or travel management.
• Work History: If you do not have a degree, you may provide a previous residence permit that explicitly states you have worked as a tour operator in the past.

Visa Fees and Service Charges

The visa application requires the payment of both the official visa fee and the Gateway service fees. These fees must be paid at the time of application. Note that all fees are non-refundable, regardless of whether the visa is granted or rejected.
