About the Works and Transactions to be Carried Out by the Provincial Directorates of Migration Management on the Implementation Dates of the Full Closing Measures

On the dates when the full closure measures will be implemented from the services offered by our General Directorate, only the procedures described below regarding residence permit applications will continue, and all services offered to foreigners will be suspended during full closure.
- Foreigners who have residence permit appointment on the dates when the full closure measures are applied, indicates the date of appointment, e-residence application / registration form (in the provinces of Istanbul and Ankara, SMS/mail information showing the appointment date is also required) and passport/passport substitute travel document, they will be able to attend their appointments at the provincial directorate of migration administration without any restrictions.
- The system will continue to issue residence permit application appointments for the dates when full closure measures are implemented. Foreigners who want to make an appointment will be able to get a residence permit appointment at e-ikamet.goc.gov.tr.
- Completion of missing documents and address update/registration processes regarding residence permit applications will not be continued.
Out of residence permit temporary protection Operations such as data update, international protection data update, registration and interview will not continue during the full closure measures The appointments of foreigners who are given appointments between April 29 and May 17, 2021 through the system will be postponed to after May 17, 2021 without any loss of rights. Foreigners whose appointments have been postponed will be able to continue their transactions on the specified date by following the notification to be made in the announcements section of the e-appointment system.
