HOW TO GET PERMISSION TO WORK AS MASSOR IN MASSAGE ROOMS AND HOTELS?

According to the International Labor Law No. 6735 There are Evaluation Criteria that must be met by workplaces and foreigners.

“While the Covid-19 epidemic, which affected our country as well as the whole world in 2020, caused great effects on the global economy, tourism was one of the sectors most negatively affected by this process. Therefore, both supporting the revival of tourism, It has been found appropriate by our ministry to maintain and implement various facilities provided to the sector in previous years, in order to meet the demands coming from the field as well as in the field.”

You can get a work permit as a masseur in Turkey. For this, criteria are sought from employers and masseurs. We can assist you in obtaining a work permit with criteria that vary from year to year. What conditions are required to work as a masseur in massage parlors and hotels :

* Foreigners to work in jobs such as masseurs, masseuses and SPA therapists must be twice the minimum wage. 

* For foreigners who will be employed in jobs that require expertise and mastery in hotels working at least 10 T.C. citizen is required.

* 3-star tourism establishments and certified holiday villages,  The document proving that there is a massage parlor with permission from the official authorities is required by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism.

* It has Turkish bath, sauna, SPA and etc. Contracts are sought from tourism enterprises that have complexes.

* A masseur diploma from the ministry of national education from a foreigner working as a masseur or professional certificate is required.

Foreigners who will work as masseurs are evaluated over 2 times the minimum wage. However, if the incentive is used, this payment may be valid as the minimum wage.
