Mandatory Electronic Notification (UETS)

How to Track a New Residence Permit via e-Devlet

The system now works directly with the e-Devlet platform. If you have a Turkish ID number starting with 99, use this site. You can track your status or download official documents there. It's very clear and easy to use. You'll see exactly where your file is in the line. This helps you plan your stay without guessing.

Fingerprinting and Biometric Data

You still need to give fingerprints at a government office. Notaries handle the papers, but the state handles the biometrics. If they don't have your prints, they'll call you to the office. This usually happens after they check your documents. Your application isn't done until they match your fingerprints with your digital file.

Key Requirements for a Successful Application

• Valid Passport: It needs 60 days of extra time after your permit ends.
• Health Insurance: You must have coverage for your whole stay.
• UAVT Address: Register your home in the national address database.
• Money: Show you have enough savings or income to live.
• UETS Address: You need this for digital mail from the government.
