Can you sell your property after getting Turkish citizenship?

Yes, but timing is everything. Your citizenship property comes with a three-year rule.

The three years start when the no-sale note is recorded on your title deed, not when you get your passport.

Sell before that, and you can put your citizenship at risk. So don't sign anything early.

After three years: check the date, ask the Land Registry to lift the note, get a new valuation report, and sell. A lawyer can do it for you with a power of attorney.

One catch: your buyer can't use the same property for their own citizenship.

And if you sell within five years of buying, capital gains tax may apply. We can check your case for you.
