Required Documents
Valid Passport + Biometric Photos
Passport must have at least 60 days validity beyond the requested permit period.
Proof of Accommodation in Turkey
Notarised rental contract or property deed. Short-term rental platforms (Airbnb) are generally not accepted.
Health Insurance
Must be a Turkish health insurance policy valid for the duration of the requested permit.
Proof of Sufficient Funds
Bank statements showing minimum monthly income of ~$500 per person (amounts vary by year and permit type).
Timeline & Investment
For citizenship by investment. Residence permits (short-term) take 30–90 days.
