The Turkish Ministry of Interior uses specific codes to track how people enter and leave the country. What is the Ç-113 Restriction Code?

This code is a digital mark in the government system that stops a person from entering Turkey. Authorities use it when someone breaks border laws. Reasons for Receiving a Ç-113 Code

Migration officers or border police can place this code on your record for several reasons. Here are the most common situations:

• Illegal Entry: You entered Turkey without going through an official border gate.
• Illegal Exit: You tried to leave the country through unofficial paths.
• Attempted Violations: Police caught you while you were trying to cross the border illegally.
• Deportation: If the state deports you for border violations, they'll add this code to your file automatically.

Duration of the Entry Ban

Under current laws, the Ç-113 code carries a 2-year entry ban. This clock starts ticking the day you leave Turkey or get deported. During these 24 months, you can't get a normal e-visa or a sticker visa. And don't try to show up at the border. The officers will see the code and turn you away immediately.

How the Restriction Code is Applied

Where you are caught determines who applies the code to your file.

How to Remove a Ç-113 Restriction Code

2. Applying for an Annotated Visa
